The Rules:
(1) Fifty Percent (50%) of all contributions are paid out at the end of each Lottery on an equal basis to a public random selection of 10% of all contributors, to a maximum of 100 contributors for that period.
(2) Fifty Percent (50%) is paid to 'The MedicAngel® Mission To Help The Poor'.
(3) The e-mail addresses of the winning contributors are posted online, with winnings paid via the payment processors utilized by those e-mail addresses to contribute to 'The MedicAngel® Mission To Help The Poor'.
(4) 'The Miracle Lottery' is not to be used by anyone resident in any jurisdiction wherein they have few rights; and no right to participate in a Lottery whose sole purpose is to help the poor.
Our Goal:
To purchase 'Mobile Health Stations' as shown below to help provide free health and dental care to the poor in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam; and then, the rest of the world.
